Demolition & removal
Out with the old kitchen — contained, hauled, gone.
Cabinet, counter, appliance, and flooring removal with dust containment and same-day haul-away. Your remodel starts clean, not chaotic.
What does a kitchen removal cover?
Cabinets, countertops, backsplash, appliances, sink and fixtures, flooring, and trim — removed carefully so plumbing and electrical stay intact for the next phase. Debris leaves with us the same day.

Every estimate spells out scope before any work starts.

Contained tear-out — the rest of your house stays livable.
Careful with what stays
Plumbing stub-outs, gas lines, and electrical are protected — removal, not damage.
Pair it with the rebuild
We handle the tear-out and can finish the project — one crew from demolition through the punch list.
Know before we start
How to prep for a kitchen tear-out.
Set up a temp kitchen
Microwave, coffee maker, and a folding table in another room makes the gap livable. Fridges can usually stay plugged in and moved to a safe wall.
Cabinets worth keeping?
Decent boxes can be resold, donated, or reused in a garage or basement kitchenette. Tell us before demo day and we'll pull them carefully instead of breaking them down.
What's behind the walls
Older PA kitchens hide surprises — knob-and-tube remnants, DIY plumbing, layered flooring. We document what we find with photos so the rebuild is priced on facts.
FAQ
Kitchen removal — common questions
Do you disconnect appliances?
Yes — appliances are disconnected and removed, or set aside safely if you are keeping them for the new layout or donation.
What happens to plumbing and electrical?
Stub-outs, gas lines, and wiring are capped and protected — removed carefully so the next trade is not fixing our damage.
How fast can a kitchen be torn out?
Most kitchen removals take one day. Cabinet-heavy kitchens or tile floors can push into a second day, which we will tell you at the estimate.
