What we collect

When you call, text, email, or submit a form on this site, we collect the information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, town or ZIP code, the services you select, and any notes or photos you send us about your property.

How we use it

We use that information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule work, send appointment reminders, and follow up on completed jobs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive conversational messages from Pureflow about your estimate, scheduling, and service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of buying our services.

Photos, videos & AI-generated imagery

Some photographs, videos, and graphics displayed on this website may be created, enhanced, or modified using artificial-intelligence generation or editing tools (including, without limitation, Adobe Firefly). We may use such imagery to help guide visitors with illustrative examples of the services we offer and the kinds of results they are designed to produce, and it may appear alongside real-life photography throughout the site.

We may also use AI tools to clean up, retouch, or enhance real photographs — for example, to remove distractions, correct lighting, or improve image quality.

Generated or enhanced imagery is illustrative in nature. It does not necessarily depict actual Pureflow customers, properties, employees, equipment, or completed work, and it should not be relied upon as a representation or warranty of the outcome on any particular property. Before-and-after imagery — whether generated, enhanced, or photographic — is illustrative of the type of transformation our services are designed to produce and is not a guarantee of identical results. Your property’s condition, materials, age, and environment all affect the actual outcome.

If we photograph or video your actual property for marketing purposes, we will ask your permission first.

Analytics & cookies

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics and, when enabled, Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools may set cookies or collect device and usage information as described in their own policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business — for example, our email delivery provider (Resend) that sends your estimate request to us, and our scheduling tools. Each provider is used only for the service it performs for us.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, warranty, tax, and legal purposes. If you’d like your contact details removed, ask us — see below.

Your choices
